On Sunday, our team proudly took part in the Romsey Relay Marathon. We had a group of 10 runners - a great mix of enthusiastic novices and seasoned veterans. Together, they completed the full 26.2 miles of the marathon, with each runner covering a 2.6 mile leg before handing the baton to the next teammate.
The weather was glorious. Perhaps a little too hot for running but perfect for photos.
Thanks to the effort of our runners and a few personal bests, we crossed the finish line in an impressive 4 hours and 6 minutes.
A huge well done to Rob, Derrick, Graham, Jared, Nat, Sam, Graeme, Cole, and Steve!
We also managed to raise £340 for Naomi’s House and Jackspace, bringing our total fundraising since first entering in 2013,to over £4,500 for this fantastic charity.
It was a pleasure to be part of such a well organised, community event, with so many teams coming together to support a variety of
charities.
We are already looking forward to next year!
