The business has approximately 20 staff based in Romsey with a subsidiary business in Bristol. The business is owned and managed as an Employee Ownership Trust and a key focus is the value it places on its staff and their ability to thrive and develop their skills. The working week is Monday – Friday 37.5 hours with 23 days holiday initially plus Bank Holidays. The successful applicant would report to the Directors.
