Frequently Asked Questions |
|
Will I save money with a flexible support contract? |
| Our clients have experienced increased savings alongside excellent service with support on a "pay as you go" basis as you'll never pay for services that you haven't used. |
|
Do ESA credits expire? |
| No, there are no calendar restrictions on ESA credits. |
|
Wouldn't I get a better of level of service with a traditional maintenance contract? |
We combine all the elements of a traditional support contract with our flexible agreement which means you get rapid 2 hour remote support and personal account management for example, without the monthly charges typical of the computer support industry.
You literally get the best of both worlds! |
|
Will I be tied into using HBC? |
| At HBC we don't believe in committing our clients into lengthy commitments. In fact we are so confident in the quality of service we give to our clients, should your circumstances change by the time of your annual review, we will even refund any unused credits you have with us in full. |
|
Do I have to buy lots of credits I may not use? |
A free systems and network audit is provided for all new clients, one reason for this is that it gives us an idea of the size and condition of your current system on which we can base an informed estimate of how many credits would be right for your company. |
|
Why don't you offer fixed price maintenance contracts? |
With traditional maintenance contracts come SLA's (service level agreements - guaranteed response times, Active account management etc) however, you are often charged each and every month even when support hasn't been required. With a flexible support agreement at HBC you get all the benefits of a contractual agreement but you will only ever be charged for the services you use.
If you can see a reason why we should offer maintenance contracts, please let us know. |
|
Can I use ESA credits to develop my IT system, rather than just maintain it? |
Sure! Your account manager will be happy to advise you on the development of your systems with a free consultancy. Your credits can then be used for the design and installation of new systems and even training to keep your staff up to date.
Simply put, you can use your credits on pretty much any aspect of your IT. |
|
What happens when I run out of credits? |
| We will let you know when your balance with us starts to run low and because we like to keep our agreements transparent we also give you monthly updates so you can see your remaining balance and how you've spent your credits with us. |
