Support
We have a fully manned help desk to help you through your problem over the phone or fixing the issue remotely or visit you on site if required. We operate Block Hours Support or a fixed price charge. Additionally, you can select our Out of Hours support service offering support on weekdays from 7am to 9am and 5:30pm to 9pm, plus Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.
Engineer support
We offer regular, scheduled, on-site support visits to provide in-house engineering services with a dedicated HBC Engineer.
