Sales

HBC's sales team provide a consultative approach and by understanding how your business functions, we can then proceed to identify critical areas where technology can leverage financial and performance advantages against competitors.

The HBC sales team will identify products that can resolve procedure or process issues, reduce costs and increase production by utilising new techniques and emerging technology. Individual accounts are then pro-actively managed by regular e-mail and telephone contact and customers are kept aware of new product releases that may be particularly appropriate to their business.

Technical Support

Technical SupportAs a Microsoft certified partner Hampshire Business Computers have several accredited Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) and additional engineers who have achieved the Microsoft Certified Professional accreditation (MCP). Alongside of these industry recognised accreditations, HBC have a fully manned helpdesk who have the ability to remotely diagnose and configure any PC, laptop or server that has internet connectivity. Supplementary specialist assistance is provided by the manufacturers own technical helpline facilities which customers can subscribe to if required.

Sage & CRM Implementation and Support

HBC have an experienced and accredited support team and a long standing partnership with Sage as a Sage business partner, available skill sets include Sage training, consultancy, product demonstration and most importantly technical support.

This is equally true of Sage CRM applications - demonstrations and consultancy help the customer to decide how they would like the look and feel of the application. HBC can then implement the product and train staff on the effective use of the CRM package and how to use the information to their benefit. A number of Sage accounting packages can be directly linked into Sage CRM applications, again HBC can demonstrate, provide consultancy and then implement and train staff for those companies who wish to utilise this linked solution.
