How does Neverfail work?

The Neverfail heartbeat technology continuously monitors the status of an active business critical server by sending a regular "heartbeat" signal to the device from a passive Neverfail server. Should a pre-defined time elapse without a reciprocal acknowledgement from the active server, the users connected to that particular server will be automatically and seamlessly "switched" over to the Neverfail server, which thereafter assumes the role of the active server for the network users.

The solution combines the heartbeat technology along with various software application modules such as :-
